摘要
汽车电子控制系统的功能安全是控制系统开发中必须考虑的重要环节。EMCVT控制系统的异常可能导致高速行驶的汽车出现失速等严重的安全事故。以EMCVT的调速功能安全为目标,分析了引起调速功能失效的关键故障,建立了调速系统故障模型;对故障的可检测性和可隔离性进行了DM分解,结合结构最小型超定方程集设计了4组残差信号进行故障诊断;结合故障检测与隔离系统,针对3个关键传感器故障进行控制信号的可重构分析,重新获取调速闭环控制系统中的2个关键信号,实现了传感器故障的容错控制。通过故障注入的仿真结果表明:该故障检测与隔离系统能够准确诊断出既定故障,并在故障容错控制策略下实现调速系统稳定运行,能够有效强化调速功能安全。研究成果可为诊断EMCVT调速功能故障提供可行的解决方案。
The functional safety of automotive electronic control system is an important part that must be considered in the development of control system. The abnormality of the EMCVT control system may cause serious safety accidents such as stalls of high-speed vehicles. The article aims at the safety of the speed control function of EMCVT, analyzes the key faults that cause the failure of the speed control function, and establishes a fault model of the speed control system. Then a DM decomposition of the detectability and isolation of the fault is carried out, and 4 sets of residual signals are designed for fault diagnosis combined with the minimum structurally overdetermined equation sets. Finally, combined with the fault detection and isolation system, the reconfigurable analysis of the control signals is carried out for the three key sensors’ faults, and the two key signals in the speed control closed-loop control system are re-acquired to realize the fault-tolerant control of sensor faults. The simulation results through faults injection show that the fault detection and isolation system can accurately diagnose the established faults and realize the stable operation of the speed control system, which can effectively enhance the function safety of speed control. The research results can provide a feasible solution to the functional safety of EMCVT speed regulation.
