微囊化噬菌体治疗细菌感染的研究 被引量:2

摘要 噬菌体是一种能够感染细菌的特异性病毒,在自然界中广泛存在,其具有无毒、专一、自我复制、价格低廉等优点,被发现之初就曾被用作治疗细菌感染的药物,但由于噬菌体自身的稳定性较差,在治疗的过程中易失活,从而起不到预期的治疗效果,被抗生素所取代,抗生素成为治疗细菌感染的主要药物。由于长期的使用抗生素,导致逐渐产生了耐药性,抗生素的治疗效果也显著下降,人们开始寻找替代抗生素的药物,噬菌体再次进入了人们的视野,将噬菌体微囊化后形成的微囊化噬菌体微球可以有效地避免噬菌体易失活的问题。论文就微囊化噬菌体的作用、制备方法及在治疗细菌感染中的应用进行综述,为微囊化噬菌体在畜牧业中的合理应用提供参考。 Phage is a specific virus that can infect bacteria.It widely exists in nature.It has the advantages of non-toxic,specific,self replication and low price.It has been used as a drug to treat bacterial infections since it was found.However,due to its poor stability,phage is easy to inactivate in the process of treatment,so it can not achieve the expected therapeutic effect and replaced by antibiotics,antibiotics have become the main drugs for the treatment of bacterial infection.Due to the long-term use of antibiotics,drug resistance has gradually emerged,and the therapeutic effect of antibiotics has also decreased significantly.People began to look for drugs to replace antibiotics.Bacteriophages have entered people's vision again.The microencapsulated bacteriophage microspheres,formed after microencapsulation of bacteriophages,can effectively avoid the problem of easy inactivation of bacteriophages.This paper reviewed the function,preparation methods and application of microencapsulated phages in the treatment of bacterial infections,so as to provide reference for the rational application of microencapsulated phages in animal husbandry.
