基于位置服务的煤矿智能化综合管控平台研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前煤矿存在生产自动化类、安全监测监控类、工业视频类系统及业务管理信息化系统数据孤岛严重、业务互联不足、数据挖掘分析利用差等问题,研究设计了基于位置服务的煤矿智能化综合管控平台,介绍了基于微服务架构的平台整体架构和平台数据体系架构,详细阐述了全息“一张图”平台及位置服务、多源异构大规模数据处理、多业务协同设计与管理、基于位置和业务逻辑关联的多系统融合和报警联动以及基于大数据分析的综合决策等平台的关键支撑技术。基于时空“一张图”,构建统一的业务协同管控平台,将矿井各专业涉及安全、生产、经营等方面的监测监控、自动化、信息化子系统数据进行接入和整合;基于位置要素和业务逻辑关系,设计了系统融合联动、关联报警框架和流程。实际应用表明,智能化综合管控平台通过多源异构感知数据的集成和融合,实现了矿井安全生产管理的协同调度和集中管控,提升了矿井安全生产保障水平和管理效率。 Aiming at the serious data islands, insufficient business interconnection, poor data mining analysis and utilization and other problems existed in production automation system, safety monitoring system, industrial video system and business management information system in coal mine, an intelligent integrated management and control platform for coal mine based on location-based service is studied and designed.The overall platform architecture and platform data architecture based on micro-service architecture are introduced, and the holographic "one picture" platform and location-based service, multi-source heterogeneous large-scale data processing, multi service collaborative design and management, multi system integration based on location and business logic correlation, alarm correlation and other key support technologies are described in detail.Based on the time-space "one picture", a unified business collaboration management and control platform is built, which receives and integrates the monitoring, automation and information subsystem data related to safety, production, operation and other aspects of mine disciplines.Based on the location elements and business logic relationship, the framework and process of system integration linkage and associated alarm are designed.The practical application shows that the intelligent integrated management and control platform realizes the coordinated scheduling and centralized management and control of mine safety production management and effectively improves the mine safety production assurance level and management efficiency through the integration and fusion of multi-source heterogeneous sensing data.
