摘要 人工智能及其衍生技术已引入多个领域中进行实践应用,包括药物发现、远程病人监测、诊断、风险管理和医院管理等。在肿瘤学领域中,人工智能与机器学习亦开始初步发展,并展现出巨大的应用潜力,为未来的肿瘤学信息化智能教学模式提供了广阔的发展空间。肿瘤领域的教学可依托人工智能在肿瘤各领域的应用从传统的医学教育模式过渡到智能教学模式,拓宽医学生和年轻医师获取知识的途径和方式,促进医学教学模式的更新换代。本文从人工智能在肿瘤病理学诊断、肿瘤影像学诊断、放射肿瘤学、肿瘤外科治疗、肿瘤治疗方案决策等五个方面的应用切入,探讨人工智能在未来肿瘤教学实践中应用的发展前景。 Artificial intelligence and its derivative technologies have been introduced for practical applications in several fields,including drug discovery,remote patient monitoring,diagnosis,risk management,and hospital management.In the field of oncology,artificial intelligence and machine learning have been developed initially and have shown great potential for application,providing a broad development space for future information-based education mode in oncology.The education in the field of oncology can transition from the traditional medical education mode to the intelligent teaching mode based on the application of artificial intelligence in various fields of oncology,which can broaden the ways and means for medical students and young physicians to acquire knowledge and therefore promote the renewal of medical teaching mode.This paper discusses the development prospect of AI application in future oncology teaching practice by starting from five applications of AI,including pathology diagnosis,imaging diagnosis,radiation oncology,surgical treatment and therapy.
