摘要
餐厨垃圾经厌氧消化后产生的沼液再深度处理,把餐厨垃圾经厌氧消化后产生的沼液经硝化反硝化、MBR生化处理,全量进入二级催化氧化装置,再经过过滤脱水,处理后废水COD质量浓度不大于110 mg/L,达到广东省地方污水排放标准二级标准。2021年6月,该技术在深圳市某餐厨沼液废水处理项目进行试验,运行效果稳定良好,为餐厨垃圾沼液废水处理难题树立了工业榜样并提供了实践经验。
This technology is to further treat the biogas liquid produced by anaerobic digestion of food waste.After nitrification,denitrification and MBR biochemical treatment,the biogas liquid produced by anaerobic digestion of food waste enters the secondary catalytic oxidation unit in full,and then is filtered and dehydrated.The COD concentration of the filter liquid is not greater than 110 mg/L,meeting the secondary standard of the local sewage discharge standard of Guangdong Province.In June 2021,a test was carried out in a kitchen biogas slurry wastewater treatment project in Shenzhen,and the operation effect was stable and good,setting an industrial example and practical experience for the treatment of kitchen waste biogas slurry wastewater.
