摘要
本数据集是基于科技基础资源调查项目“中国积雪特性及分布”的支持,于2017–2020年在中国东北–内蒙古、新疆和青藏高原三个典型积雪区获取的积雪特性地面调查数据。调查的时间跨度为两个完整的积雪季节,调查属性包括:积雪深度、雪水当量、积雪密度、积雪温度、雪粒径、pH值、阴阳离子等物理和化学特性。调查数据经过自检、交叉检查等质量控制,保证数据的规范性、合理性和完整性,形成了7个数据集,并撰写了详细的说明文档。本数据是首个覆盖中国典型积雪区、包含完整积雪季节,且观测理化特性最全面的积雪特性数据,可以为我国积雪遥感反演、积雪分类、积雪水资源估算等相关研究提供基础数据。
Snow characteristics are the basic parameters for remote sensing retrieval of snowpack,model simulation,snow classification,avalanche prediction,etc.The dataset is composed of the data on in situ snow characteristics observed in three typical snow areas(Northeastern China-Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Qinghai-Tibetan plateau)in China.The data were collected during 2017–2020 under the support of the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences“Investigation on snow characteristics and their distribution in China”.The temporal span of the dataset covers two complete snow seasons.The snow characteristics include snow depth,snow water equivalent,snow density,snow temperature,snow particle size,pH,anion and cation.The data have undergone quality control processes,such as self-checking and cross-checking,to ensure normality,reasonableness,and completeness.The data were reorganized in seven sub-datasets with detailed descriptive documents.The dataset is the first snow characteristics data covering three typical snow areas in China,with the most comprehensive physical and chemical properties and spanning complete snow seasons.It can provide basic data for snow remote sensing retrieval,snow classification,snow water resource estimation and other related researches in China.
