摘要 针对大型复杂系统的可靠性需求,对故障诊断问题进行研究。以常用的故障定位方法研究为基础,结合了Agent技术的智能性和仿真模型的直观性等优势,由智能体刻画系统各层级组件,构建了基于Agent的故障传播仿真模型,通过仿真实验定位高风险、高频率故障组件。随后以舰船滑油系统故障诊断为例,对模型进行深入分析,试验结果表明仿真模型具有较好的故障诊断效果。 Aiming at the reliability requirements for large-scale complex systems, this paper designs and establishes the Agent-Based fault propagation simulation model. Based on the research on commonly used fault location methods, combined with the intelligence of Agent technology and the intuition of simulation model, an Agent-Based fault propagation simulation model is constructed. High-risk and high-frequency fault components are located through simulation experiments. Then, taking the fault diagnosis of the ship’s lubricating oil system as an example, the model is deeply analyzed. The test results show that the simulation model has a good fault diagnosis effect.
