水酶法提取南板蓝根叶中靛蓝色素 被引量:1

Aqueous Enzymatic Method to Extract Indigo Pigment from Baphicacanthus cusia Leaves

摘要 以南板蓝根为原料,首次探索了水酶法提取靛蓝色素的工艺流程,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了提取时间、提取温度、加酶量、pH值和料液比等对靛蓝色素提取率的影响。结果表明:在料液比1∶20、加酶量6 g/L、pH值5、提取温度50℃的条件下提取3 h,靛蓝提取率最高,为0.218%。该方法大大缩短了提取时间,简化了提取流程,提高了提取效率,且产生的污染较少,达到了绿色环保要求。 In this study,aqueous enzymatic method was introduced into the extraction of indigo pigment from dry leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia.To simplify and optimize the extraction process,the single factor method and orthogonal test were adopted to determine the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,enzyme addition,pH,and material-to-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of indigo.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of indigo were material-to-liquid ratio 1∶20,enzyme addition of 6 g/L,pH 5 and extraction at 50°C for 3h,under which the extraction rate of indigo was maximized to 0.218%.This aqueous enzymatic method is time-saving,simpler,more efficient and less pollution,meeting the requirement of green environment.
