2017-2019年重庆口岸输入性呼吸道感染人群病原监测分析

Analysis of pathogen surveillance of imported respiratory tract infection population at Chongqing port,2017-2019

摘要 目的 分析重庆口岸输入性呼吸道病毒感染者的病原学特征。方法 采集2017年1月至2019年12月重庆口岸有流感样症状的入境人员的咽拭子样本,采用实时荧光PCR方法检测17种/型呼吸道病毒。结果 共监测到有呼吸道症状的入境人员1 138人,采集咽拭子1 138份,检出呼吸道病毒阳性327例,阳性率28.73%。病例中混合感染11例,主要是甲型H1N1流感病毒和副流感病毒混合感染,占27.27%。共338份样本检出呼吸道病毒,其中甲型H1N1、H3N2流感病毒占比最高,分别为24.26%、18.34%。1、7、8月检出病例数最多,各季节阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.787 2,P=0.122 4)。来源国家或地区较多的是泰国83例、越南35例、中国香港29例和柬埔寨25例。结论 初步掌握了重庆口岸输入性呼吸道病毒的种类,为口岸呼吸道传染病防控提供参考依据。 Objective To analyze the pathogenology characteristics of imported respiratory tract in fections at Chongqing port. Methods The throat swabs of entry personnel with influenza-like symptoms at Chongqing port from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected for detection of 17 kinds/typs respiratory pathogens by Real-time PCR. Results A total of 1 138 entry travelers with respiratory symptoms were 1 138 throat swabs were collected,and327 cases(28.73%) were positive for respiratory viruses. There were 11 cases of mixed infection,mainly Influenza A(H1N1) virus and Parainfluenza virus,accounted for 27.27%. A total of 338 samples were detected positive for respiratory viruses,of which Influenza A(H1N1) and(H3N2) virus accounted for 24.26% and 18.34%,respectively.The most cases were detected in January,July and August,and there was no significant difference in positive rate among different seasons (χ^(2)=5.787 2,P=0.122 4). The cases were mainly entry from Thailand(83 cases),Vietnam(35cases),Hong Kong,China(29 cases) and Cambodia(25 cases). Conclusion The types of respiratory virus of influenzalike entry personnel at Chongqing port were preliminarily mastered,which provided reference for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases at ports.
