摘要
太赫兹时域光谱技术能够利用物质在特定频率范围内的吸收得到物质的折射率、吸收系数、反射系数等光学参数,因具有指纹性、低能性、强穿透性、相干性等优点,近年来在食品、药品、环境领域中做出了重要的贡献。在介绍太赫兹时域光谱法的原理及获得光学参数方法的基础上,重点讨论了太赫兹时域光谱技术在食品、药物、环境等方面的研究现状,最后对其在实际工作中的局限性和发展的前景进行了总结和展望,以期对未来太赫兹时域光谱技术在食药环领域的应用提供指导。
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy utilizes the absorption of a substance in a specific frequency range to acquire optical parameters such as refractive index,absorption coefficient,and the reflection coefficient of a substance.It has made significant contributions in the fields of food,drugs,and environment recently due to its benefits such as fingerprint,low energy,strong penetration,and coherence.This study focuses on the current research status of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy in food,drugs,and environment based on an introduction to the principle of terahertz timedomain spectroscopy and method of acquiring optical parameters.Furthermore,for the future application of terahertz timedomain spectroscopy in the fields of food,drugs,and environment,we summarize and assess its limits in practical work and its development possibilities.
