针梳机罗拉导柱径向圆跳动的视觉测量方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对人工接触式测量针梳机牵伸罗拉导柱径向圆跳动时接触摩擦影响测量精度的问题,提出了基于机器视觉的非接触式测量方法。对高亮表面的罗拉导柱采用背光成像获取轴截面的图像,以Canny算子对罗拉导柱边缘轮廓进行像素级边缘检测,通过构建三次多项式提取罗拉导柱的亚像素边缘轮廓特征。根据径向圆跳动的定义,在图像域下采用最小二乘法拟合基准轴线,以最小区域法建立了罗拉导柱径向圆跳动的测量模型。实验结果表明:该方法得到的罗拉导柱径向圆跳动测量值的标准差为6.1×10^(-4),达到了人工测量的精度,算法平均耗时0.67 ms,实现了对罗拉导柱径向圆跳动的稳定、快速、非接触式测量。 A non-contact measurement method based on machine vision fis proposed to solve the problem that the contact friction affects the measurement accuracy when measuring the radial circular runout of the drafting roller guide post of the carding machine by manual contact.The image of the axis section is obtained by backlight imaging of the roller guide post on the highlighted surface.The edge contour of the roller guide post is detected at the pixel level by Canny operator,and the sub-pixel edge contour feature of the roller guide post is extracted by constructing a cubic polynomial.According to the definition of radial circular runout,the least square method is used to fit the reference axis in the image domain,and the measurement model of radial circular runout of roller guide pillar is established by the minimum region method.The experimental results show that the standard deviation of the measured radial circular runout of the roller guide post obtained by this method is 6.1×10^(-4),the accuracy of manual measurement is achieved,and the average time of the algorithm is 0.67 ms,and the stable,fast and non-contact measurement of the radial circular runout of the roller guide pillar is realized.
