摘要
对水域救援的定义、类别和难点进行概述,分析了我国消防救援队伍在水域救援中的理论技能、救援装备、训练和联动机制等方面存在的主要问题,提出了加强理论学习、强化专业训练等措施,以完善我国水域救援预案、规范救援处置和指挥程序,加强水域救援装备建设,为我国消防救援队伍提高水域救援能力提供参考。
This paper summarizes the definition,categories and difficulties of aquatic rescue,and analyzes the main problems existing in the lacking of theoretical skills,rescue equipment,training and linkage mechanism of rescue personnel in China.Some measures,such as strengthening theoretical study,strengthening professional training,are brought forward for perfecting our rescue plan,standardizing rescue disposal and command procedures,strengthening the construction of water area rescue equipment,so as to lay a solid basis for China's fire rescue team in improving aquatic rescue ability.
