摘要
在火力发电厂的实际生产过程当中,机组自动启停控制系统简称为APS,可以按照发电厂的设备运行情况与热力流程,对各功能子系统进行调动和协调,以此来控制预定参数和进程,使机组的人工干预得到减少,并确保起停过程的自动与安全完成。通过对该自动控制系统进行有效应用,可以进一步提升火力发电厂机组的自动化运行水平,并使机组的故障问题得到减少,全面提高发电厂的生产质量和效率。文章针对火力发电厂机组自启停控制技术进行分析,探讨了机组自启停具有的重要意义,介绍了机组自启停结构和断点设置,探讨了自启停控制技术的实际应用,并提出具体的投运对策。
In the actual production process of the thermal power plant,the automatic startup and shutdown control system of the unit is called APS for short.It can mobilize and coordinate each functional subsystem according to the equipment operation and thermal process of the power plant,so as to control the predetermined parameters and process,reduce the manual intervention of the unit,and ensure the automatic and safe completion of the startup and shutdown process.Through the effective application of the automatic control system,the automatic operation level of the thermal power plant units can be further improved,the fault problems of the units can be reduced,and the production quality and efficiency of the power plant can be comprehensively improved.This paper analyzes the automatic startup and shutdown control technology of thermal power plant units,discusses the important significance of automatic startup and shutdown of units,introduces the automatic startup and shutdown structure and breakpoint setting of units,discusses the practical application of automatic startup and shutdown control technology,and puts forward specific operation countermeasures,hoping to provide some reference and reference for relevant staff.
