基于AHP的油田柱塞泵常规故障等级评价方法 被引量:11

摘要 针对目前柱塞泵在油田开发过程中存在能耗大、维修频次与费用高、检修点多面广、运行安全系数低等突出性问题,采用了一种基于层次分析法的评判方法对油田柱塞泵进行常规故障等级评价。首先,对柱塞泵现场统计归类的常规故障建立故障分层评价结构模型;其次,将9标度与失效模式影响和关键性分析中的严酷度相对应建立权重矩阵;随后,建立各故障层次的原因集对故障等级的隶属关系生成模糊判断矩阵;最后,利用权重矩阵和模糊判断矩阵进行矩阵相乘运算,得到故障等级评判矩阵,在此基础上与故障量化向量进行综合计算,得到故障等级的量化值来确定故障等级。以油田柱塞泵液力端为对象,采用该故障等级模型,对其进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:该方法在油田现场应用效果明显,大修费用降低20%左右,设备运行时间提升15%,计划维护时间提升25%,为柱塞泵的现场状态监控管理水平提升提供理论依据,具有一定实用价值。 In view of the prominent problems of high energy consumption,high maintenance frequency and cost,wide maintenance points and low operation safety coefficient in the process of oilfield development,an evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process was adopted to evaluate the conventional failure level of oilfield plunger pump.Firstly,a hierarchical evaluation structure model was established for the conventional failures of plunger pump;Secondly,the 9-scale was corresponded to the severity in failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)to establish the weight matrix;Then,the affiliation relationship between the cause set of each failure level and the failure level was established to generate the fuzzy judgment matrix;Finally,the matrix multiplication operation was carried out by using the weight matrix and fuzzy judgment matrix to obtain the evaluation matrix of failure levels.On this basis,comprehensive calculation was carried out with the failure quantification vector to obtain the quantitative value of the failure level to determine the failure level.Taking the hydraulic end of oil field plunger pump as the object,the failure level model was used to verify it.The research results show that this method has obvious application effect in the oilfield,the overhaul cost is reduced by about 20%,the equipment operation time is increased by 15%,and the planned maintenance time is increased by 25%.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the on-site condition monitoring and management level of plunger pump,and has certain practical value.
