髌前滑囊炎的临床及磁共振成像表现特征 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨典型髌前滑囊炎(Housemaid's膝)的临床及磁共振成像(MRI)表现特征。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月丰县人民医院临床确诊的20例经典型髌前滑囊炎的临床及MRI影像学资料。结果全部患者有稍长期跪姿史,均以膝前区肿胀疼痛为主诉。MRI表现为髌前皮下紧贴髌骨的扁圆形影囊性信号灶,上下径×前后径×左右径大小:2.4 cm×0.3 cm×1.6 cm~10.5 cm×3.1 cm×6.9 cm,以轴位及矢状位抑脂序列显示为佳。结论经典型髌前滑囊炎具有特征性的临床病史及MRI表现,膝前特定区域囊性病灶为其MRI的特征表现。
