摘要
采用热重分析法研究稻壳、秸秆以及锯末在不同升温速度(10、20和30℃/min)下的热解特性。利用元素分析仪和差热天平等实验设备对其进行加热处理,加热温度(25~800℃),得到不同升温速度下的热重法(TG)曲线、差热分析法(DTG)曲线。并利用Coats-Redfern法计算生物质的热解动力学参数,得出结论,在相同条件下三种生物质的生物焦产率为稻壳>秸秆>锯末;活化能为稻壳(72.54~81.97 k J/mol)>锯末(71.24~76.78 k J/mol)>秸秆(60.65~71.99 k J/mol)。
Thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of rice husk, straw and sawdust at different heating rates(10, 20 and 30 ℃/min).The thermogravimetric(TG) curves and differential thermal analysis(DTG) curves under different heating rates were obtained by using elemental analyzer and differential thermal equalization experimental equipment at a heating temperature of 25~800 ℃.The pyrolysis kinetic parameters of biomass were calculated by Coats-Redfern method.It was concluded that the biocoke yield of the three biomass was rice husk > straw > sawdust under the same conditions.The activation energy was rice husk(72.54~81.97 kJ/mol) > sawdust(71.24~76.78 kJ/mol) and > straw(60.65~71.99 kJ/mol).
