摘要
汽车发动机处于工作状态中,产生的大量热量对关联零部件的结构、功能会产生显著的影响。不做好冷却防护,会缩短汽车零部件的使用寿命。因此设计有发动机冷却水泵,属于离心泵,主要负责输送冷却液。使冷却液以高速度在冷却水道中循环流动,及时排除过量的热量,控制汽车发动机工作温度,保证发动机处于稳定的运转工作状态。下文以某型汽车水泵为研究对象,选用开式和闭式的叶轮,对比使用性能。依靠Fluent软件提供模拟技术支持,构建了叶轮内部流动的立体化的模型。在全流场三维数值模拟基础上,验证了闭式叶轮的工作性能,模拟结果可靠性高、真实有效。结果表明汽车冷却水泵的性能,同使用的叶轮形式有着密切的关联,闭式叶轮工作效率更高,有助于提升冷却水泵性能。
In the working state of the automobile engine,a large amount of heat generated will have a significant impact on the structure and function of the associated parts.If cooling protection is not done well,the service life of auto parts will be shortened.Therefore,the design of engine cooling water pump,belongs to the centrifugal pump,mainly responsible for conveying coolant.Make the coolant circulate in the cooling channel at a high speed,remove excess heat in time,control the working temperature of the automobile engine,and ensure that the engine is in a stable running state.Following a certain type of automotive water pump as the research object,choose open and closed impeller,comparison of performance.Relying on Fluent software to provide simulation technical support,the three-dimensional model of the flow in the impeller was constructed.Based on the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the whole flow field,the performance of the closed impeller is verified,and the simulation results are reliable and effective.The RESULTS SHOW that THE PERFORMANCE OF AUTOMOTIVE cooling water pump is closely related to the type of impeller used,and the closed impeller is more efficient,which is helpful to improve the performance of cooling water pump.
