摘要
目的了解凉州区中小学生脊柱侧弯的发病情况,为建立“学生-家庭-学校-医疗”四位一体的防治模式提供理论参考。方法2020年9月-2020年10月在凉州区随机整群抽取7所中小学校(包括2所小学,2所初中,3所高中),采用体格检查和脊柱侧弯测量仪“二检”法进行现场脊柱侧弯筛查。结果本次共调查3053名学生;小学生1137名,中学生1916名;男1442名,女1611名;7~10岁889名,11~14岁968名,15~18岁1196名,随着年龄增大发生率逐渐升高(P<0.05),脊柱胸段侧弯发生率显著高于胸腰段、腰段(P<0.05),脊柱左侧弯曲显著多于右侧及双侧弯曲(P<0.05),脊柱Ⅰ°侧弯发生率显著高于Ⅱ°/Ⅲ°段(P<0.05)。结论凉州区城区中小学生的脊柱侧弯患病率为8.88%;其中15~18岁学生的脊柱侧弯患病率较高,应对这一年龄段青少年重点预防筛查。
Objective To investigate the incidence of scoliosis among primary and middle school students in Liangzhou District,and to provide theoretical reference for the establishment of a fourin-one prevention and treatment model of“student-family-school-medical treatment”.Methods From September 2020 to October 2020,7 primary and middle schools(including 2 primary schools,2 middle schools,and 3 high schools)were randomly selected from a cluster in Liangzhou District.The scoliosis screening was performed by physical examination and scoliosis measuring instrument“secondary examination”method.Results A total of 3053 students were investigated with 1,137 primary school students and 1,916 middle school students;There were 1442 males and 1611 females.There were 889 patients aged 7~10 years old,968 patients aged 11~14 years old,and 1196 patients aged 15~18 years old.The incidence of scoliosis increased with age(P<0.05).The incidence of scoliosis in thoracic segment was significantly higher than that in thoracic and lumbar segments(P<0.05),and the left side of the spine was significantly higher than that in right and bilateral segments(P<0.05).The incidence ofⅠ°scoliosis in the spine was significantly higher than that in theⅡ°/Ⅲ°segment(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in Liangzhou district is 8.88%.Among them,the prevalence of scoliosis is higher in students aged 15 to 18 years old,and prevention screening should be focused on adolescents in this age group.
