摘要
根据福建省第三次国土调查的需求,利用LiDAR技术生产的DEM为数据源,在前人研究的基础上,分析福建省第二次土地调查时生产的坡度分级数据的不足,研究新的技术方法,进一步提高成果的精度。特别提出更为科学合理的基于语义邻近与优先级结合的图斑综合的方法,具有创新性,并开发相应的生产软件,使耕地的坡度分级数据更为客观准确。该技术方法在福建全省的坡度分级数据提取生产中广泛应用,对丘陵和山区地带的耕地坡度分级数据提取具有很好的参考价值。
According to the requirements of the third land survey in Fujian province,DEM produced by LiDAR technology was used as the data source in this paper.Based on previous studies,the shortcomings of slope grading data produced in the second land survey in Fujian province were analyzed,and new technical methods were studied to further improve the accuracy of the results.In particular,a more scientific and reasonable method of spot generalization based on semantic proximity and priority is proposed,which is innovative,and corresponding production software is developed to make the slope grading data of cultivated land more objective and accurate.This method has been widely used in the extraction and production of slope grading data in Fujian province,and it has a good reference value for the extraction of cultivated land slope grading data in hilly and mountainous areas.
