摘要
为了提高季冻区纤维透水混凝土的综合性能,采用不同掺量的细砂取代粗骨料,研究了砂取代率对季冻区纤维透水混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:随着砂取代率的逐渐增大,纤维透水混凝土的渗透性能逐渐变差,力学性能和抗冻性能则得到明显的改善。当砂取代率达到12%时,纤维透水混凝土的渗透系数和孔隙率分别为1.92 mm/s和4.33%,抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度分别达到30.68、5.13、5.68 MPa。透水混凝土试件经过冻融循环150次后,质量损失率仅为1.54%,相对动弹性模量仍能达到75.1%。结果表明,细砂的加入能够有效提高纤维透水混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性能。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of fiber permeable concrete in seasonally frozen area,fine sand with different content was used to replace coarse aggregate,and the influence of sand replacement rate on the performance of fiber permeable concrete in seasonally frozen area was studied.The results show that with the gradual increase of sand replacement rate,the permeability of fiber permeable concrete becomes worse,and the mechanical properties and frost resistance performance are gradually significantly improved.When the sand replacement rate reaches 12%,the permeability coefficient and porosity of fiber permeable concrete are 1.92 mm/s and 4.33%respectively,and the compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength reach 30.68、5.13、5.68 MPa,respectively.After 150 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss rate of permeable concrete specimens is only 1.54%,and the relative dynamic elastic modulus can still reach75.1%.The results show that the addition of fine sand can effectively improve the mechanical properties and frost resistance performance of fiber permeable concrete.
