摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)相对于传统能源具有一系列优势,已成为新能源领域的研究热点。为研究PEMFC的输出特性,通过深入理解其工作原理、电化学反应过程建立了开路电压模型与三种电压损失模型。考虑PEMFC的双层电荷层效应,建立了单体仿真模型,在Matlab/Simulink中对该模型进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行验证。通过对极化曲线的分析表明,转移系数、电流密度、电池内阻、工作温度与压力对PEMFC的稳态性能都有较大影响;通过设置阶跃负载的变化,研究了PEMFC的动态性能。仿真模型的建立为燃料电池系统仿真模型的构建与优化提供了参考。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)has a series of advantages over traditional energy and has become a research hotspot in the field of new energy.In order to study the output characteristics of PEMFC,on basis of the working principle and electrochemical reaction process of PEMFC,the open circuit voltage model and three voltage loss models of PEMFC are established.Considering the double-layer charge effect of PEMFC,the monomer simulation model of PEMFC is established.The model is simulated in Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation results are verified.The analysis of polarization curve shows that transfer coefficient,current density,battery internal resistance,working temperature and pressure all have a great influence on the steady-state performance of PEMFC.The dynamic performance of PEMFC is studied by setting the change of step load.The establishment of the simulation model provides a reference for the construction and optimization of the simulation model of fuel cell system.
