摘要
灾难医学是一门交叉学科,指利用医学、管理、信息、工程等知识,及时为受灾群众提供医疗服务。灾难的频繁发生促使了灾难医学的发展,随着灾难医学相关的研究文献越来越多,采用文献计量学的方法探索灾难医学领域的领先参与者以及热点研究方向,总结灾难医学的发展特点。该文收集了Web of Science Core Collection数据库中与灾难医学相关的1858篇文章,使用Bibliometrix、VOSviewer、CiteSpace分析文献计量指标,包括国家、机构和作者的贡献以及研究热点,结果表明:欧美国家、中国、日本在灾难医学领域有较高的影响力;灾难医学的研究方向多种多样,灾难医学管理这一研究方向的生命力很强,除此以外,还有灾害护理、灾难医学课程教育、心理健康、生理健康、灾后影响、灾难流行病等研究方向。未来,中国灾难医学的发展还需要提高重视程度,加强全球合作,重视科研创新,才能取得长足进步。
Disaster medicine is an interdisciplinary discipline,which uses medicine,management,information,engineering and other knowledge to provide timely medical services for the disaster victims.The frequent occurrence of disasters has promoted the development of disaster medicine.With more and more research documents related to disaster medicine,we use bibliometrics to explore leading participants and hot research directions in the field of disaster medicine,and summarize the development characteristics of disaster medicine.We collected 1858 articles related to disaster medicine from the Web of Science Core Collection database,using Bibliometrix,VOSviewer and CiteSpace to analyze bibliometric indicators,including contributions by countries,institutions and authors,as well as research hotspots.The results show that:occident,China and Japan have high influence in disaster medicine;The research direction of disaster medicine is diverse,and the research direction of disaster medicine management has strong vitality,in addition,there are also research directions of disaster nursing,disaster medicine curriculum education,psychological health,physiological health,post-disaster impact,disaster epidemic and so on.In the future,the development of disaster medicine in China needs to pay more attention,strengthen global cooperation and attach importance to scientific research and innovation,so as to make great progress.
