摘要
为了能够准确测定出镁锂合金板材的弹性模量,提出了一种基于激光超声的板材弹性模量测量方法。首先通过脉冲激光器在板材上激励出纵波、横波、表面波等超声波信号,利用x-y双轴位移平台来精确控制激光干涉仪所处位置,使之接收不同位置上的超声波信号;根据表面波、纵波模态的到达时间和传播距离计算出表面波、纵波的传播速度;最后通过计算得到镁锂合金板材的弹性模量。结果表明:该方法测量出的镁锂合金板材弹性模量和理论值相符,且具有较高的精度和无损的特点。为镁锂合金板材弹性模量的精确测量提供了一种新的测试方法。
In order to be able to accurately determine the modulus of elasticity of magnesium lithium alloy sheets,is proposed based on a laser ultrasonic measurement of plank elastic modulus.First by pulse laser in plates and inspire a longitudinal wave,shear wave and surface wave ultrasonic signal,using the x-y two-axis displacement platform to precisely control the location of the laser interferometer to receive different positions on the ultrasonic signal;according to the modal of surface wave and longitu⁃dinal wave arrival time and propagation distance to calculate the surface wave and longitudinal wave propagation velocity.Fi⁃nally,the elastic modulus of magnesium-lithium alloy plate is calculated.Results show that the method of measure magnesium lithium alloy plate elastic modulus and the theoretical value,and has high precision and non-destructive characteristics.It pro⁃vides a new method for the accurate measurement of the elastic modulus of magnesium-lithium alloy plate.
