渤海湾贝壳堤湿地蒙古蒿化感效应研究

摘要 渤海湾贝壳堤岛具有海侵频繁、淡水稀缺、含盐量高等生境特点,严重制约了该地区植物的生长和分布。研究发现,贝壳堤岛地区蒙古蒿(Artemisiamongolica)的覆盖面积大,而其他植物如芦苇(Phragmites australis)、杠柳(Periploca sepium)等优势种数目却很少。本研究通过提取蒙古蒿不同组织器官(茎、叶、根)的水浸提液,研究浸提液对芦苇和杠柳种子萌发以及根茎生长的影响。结果表明,蒙古蒿浸提液对贝壳堤芦苇和杠柳种子萌发进程具有显著抑制作用,导致初始发芽时间延长和发芽率降低。随着浸提液浓度升高,种子的萌发率越低、发芽初始时间更长,根、茎长度越短,其对芦苇和杠柳种子的化感作用强度随之增加,对种子的萌发具有更加显著的抑制效果。蒙古蒿根和叶浸提液对种子萌发抑制较强,而茎浸提液大大抑制后期胚根和胚轴的伸长。总之,本文结果表明,蒙古蒿不同组织器官化感物质的释放以及对其他植物不同生长期的抑制作用是其在黄河三角洲贝壳堤湿地分布广的一个原因。 The shellfish dike islands in the Bohai Bay have the characteristics of frequent transgression, scarce fresh water and high salinity, which seriously restrict the growth and distribution of plants in this area. The study found that the area covered by Artemisia mongolica in the shell island area is large, while the number of other dominant species such as Phragmites australis and Periploca sepium is very small.In this study, we extracted the aqueous extracts of the shoots, leaves and roots of Artemisia mongolica to investigate the effects of different extract concentrations on seed germination and rhizome growth of reed and barberry willow. The results showed that the extract of Artemisia mongolica had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination process of the seeds of P. australis and P. sepium. As the concentration of the extract increases,the germination rate of seeds is lower, the initial germination time is longer, and the length of roots and stems is shorter,more pronounced inhibitory effect. The root and leaf extracts of Artemisia mongolica had strong inhibition on seed germination, while the stem extracts greatly inhibited the elongation of radicle and hypocotyl in the later stage. In conclusion, the results of this paper show that the release of allelochemicals from different tissues and organs of Artemisia mongolica and its inhibitory effect on other plants in different growth periods are one of the reasons for its wide distribution in the shell embankment wetland of Bohai bay.
