摘要
传统涤纶经编单层毛毯正面立绒,而反面绒毛倒伏,正反面风格不一,毛毯缺乏高级感。通常,客户更喜欢不掉毛、抗倒伏的高档产品。随着市场需求的变化,整个毛毯行业都在进行产业升级。文章讨论通过加大织造密度,编织毛高6 mm、克重1 000 g/m~2以上的毛毯,白坯预定型采用大超喂的方式增加密度,在印花色浆中添加柔软剂以增加下浆量,后整理两次反烫反剪,得到毛毯正反面风格一致的板绒风格毛毯。
Traditional polyester warp woven monolayer blanket vertical velvet on the front, and the reverse wool fell down.The styles of the front and back are different, and the blanket lacks a high-grade sense. Generally, customers prefer high-end products that do not shed wool and resistant lodging. With the change of market demand, the whole blanket industry is undergoing industrial upgrading. This paper discusses that by increasing the weaving density, the height of woven wool is 6 mm and 1 000 g/m~2 for the above blankets, large overfeeding is used to increase the density of the preformed blank, softener is added to the printing paste to increase the amount of pulp, and the finishing is done twice by reverse ironing and shearing, so as to obtain a clearer board style blanket with the same style on both sides of the blanket.
