高效液相色谱法快速测定塑料中罗丹明B含量 被引量:4

Rapid Determination of Rhodamine B in Plastics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 利用高效液相色谱测定塑料食品包装中罗丹明B的含量,对色谱柱和流动相进行优化,对样品的提取试剂、提取方式、提取时间和提取次数进行优化。结果表明:以二氯甲烷为提取试剂,利用超声提取法提取塑料包装中罗丹明B的效果更好。采用色谱柱C18柱分离,荧光检测器检测分析,外标法定量分析,流动相V(乙腈)∶V(水)=50∶50,罗丹明B峰形对称性好,出峰时间快,方法重现性好,在1~20 ng/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999。在0.1、0.5和1.0 mg/kg加标水平下,罗丹明B的加标回收率均可达97%以上,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在1.7%以下,方法检出限为0.03 mg/kg,定量限为0.1 mg/kg。该方法简捷高效,准确性高,可快速测定塑料包装材料中罗丹明B含量。 The content of Rhodamine B in plastic food packaging was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column and mobile phase were optimized. The extraction reagent, extraction method, extraction time and extraction times of the sample were optimized. The results show that the effect of using dichloromethane as the extraction reagent to extract Rhodamine B in plastic packaging by ultrasonic extraction is better.The separation is performed on C18 column with fluorescence detector, the external standard method is used for quantitative analysis and the mobile phase is V(acetonitrile)∶V(water)=50∶50, the symmetry of Rhodamine B peak is good, the peak time is fast, and the method is reproducible. In the concentration range of 1~20 ng/mL, the linear relationship is good, and the correlation coefficient is r>0.999. At the spiked levels of 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg, the recoveries of Rhodamine B are all above 97%, and the relative standard deviations(RSD) are all below 1.7%. The detection limit of the method is 0.03 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit is 0.1 mg/kg. The method is simple, efficient,accurate and can quickly determine the content of Rhodamine B in plastic packaging materials.
