摘要
目的观察剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠(CSP)患者接受米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的有效性。方法72例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者,通过全盲抓阄法分为常例用药组与协同用药组,每组36例。常例用药组患者采用单一米非司酮给药治疗,协同用药组在常例用药组基础上联合甲氨蝶呤进行治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及治疗认可度。结果协同用药组患者的治疗优良率94.44%显著高于常例用药组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。协同用药组患者的治疗认可度97.22%显著高于常例用药组的80.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者在接受米非司酮给药治疗的同时,增加甲氨蝶呤治疗,可显著降低单一常规给药的刺激,减少不良反应的发生,提升了患者的治疗效果,对患者的临床症状改善及身体康复有极大的帮助,从而显著提升患者对治疗的认可度,推荐使用。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of mifepristone combined with methotrexate for caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods A total of 72 patients with caesarean scar pregnancy were divided into conventional medication group and synergistic medication group by the blind lottery method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional medication group were treated with mifepristone,and patients in the synergistic medication group were treated with methotrexate on the basis of the conventional medication group.The clinical efficacy and treatment acceptance were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the synergistic medication group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the conventional medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment acceptance rate in the synergistic medication group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 80.56%in the conventional medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of methotrexate treatment to mifepristone administration in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy can significantly reduce the stimulation of single conventional administration,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,enhance the therapeutic effect of patients,and greatly contribute to the improvement of clinical symptoms and physical recovery of patients,thus significantly enhancing patient acceptance of the treatment.It is recommended for application.
