非连续纳米相增强钛基复合材料研究进展与展望 被引量:5

Research Progress and Development Tendency of Discontinuously Nano-Reinforced Titanium Matrix Composites

摘要 非连续增强钛基复合材料(DRTMCs),尤其是原位自生钛基复合材料具有优异的综合力学性能,在航空航天、海工等国防领域具有广阔的应用前景。该类材料研究体系主要以原位自生微米颗粒或与纳米颗粒混杂增强而实现钛基体的多元多尺度强韧化目的。研究发现,与微米增强体相比,纳米增强体(纳米陶瓷颗粒、碳纳米材料等)具有更大的比表面积以及更优异的综合性能,通过巧妙设计纳米增强体的微观结构,优化纳米增强体界面及增强体/基体界面,构型化调控纳米增强体分布,发展新型的非连续纳米相增强钛基复合材料(Nano-reinforced DRTMCs,NRTMCs),能够大幅度提高复合材料的综合力学性能。因此,主要总结了近几年来的不同制备方法与技术,深入探讨了界面结构以及空间构型对NRTMCs力学性能的影响规律,提出了NRTMCs发展过程中遇到的关键技术难点以及解决方法,并展望了NRTMCs未来的发展趋势以及潜在应用。 Discontinuously reinforced titanium matrix composites, especially in-situ titanium matrix composites,possess excellent mechanical properties and have broad application prospects in aerospace, marine engineering and other national defense fields. The research system in this kind of materials mainly realizes multiple and multiscale strengthening as well as toughening by in-situ microparticles or mixing with nano-reinforcement. However, it is found that compared with micro reinforcements, nano-reinforcements(ceramic nanoparticles, carbon nanomaterials, etc.) are characterized by larger specific area and splendid comprehensive properties. By tactfully designing the microstructure of nano-reinforcements,optimizing the interface of nano-reinforcements and the reinforcement/matrix interface as well as controlling the distribution of nano-reinforcement through the configuration, the development of discontinuously nano-reinforced titanium matrix composites(Nano-reinforced DRTMCs, NRTMCs) can greatly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites. Therefore, this review mainly summarizes the various preparation methods and technologies of NRTMCs in recent years, deeply discusses the influences of interface structure and spatial configuration on the mechanical properties of NRTMCs, puts forward the essential difficulties and the solutions of NRTMCs at the present stage, and looks forward to the prospective development trend and potential applications of NRTMCs.
