摘要
为了解决城市轨交站与周边大型公共建筑并未达到共享、融合的难题,立足于站城融合的发展理念,对北京典型地铁站域开展调研,通过分析梳理现状问题,提出构建地铁站域共享设施站城融合度评价体系.通过对其指标生成机理的系统研究,应用熵值法对指标进行权重计算,构建出通过多元统计回归优化后的评价体系.以北京城市副中心绿心项目的地下共享设施为例,通过提取绿心项目有关评价体系指标数据,根据多元回归方程拟合度差值分析指标偏差原因,从而具有针对性地提出项目优化策略.
To solve the common problem that it is not shared and integrated with the surrounding large public buildings, based on the development concept of station-city integration, an evaluation system of station-city integration of shared facilities in subway stations, was put forward in this paper to investigate typical subway stations in Beijing, and to comb the current problems. Through the systematic study of its index generation mechanism, the entropy method was applied to the index weight, and the evaluation system optimized by multiple statistical regression was constructed. Taking the underground shared facilities of the Green Heart Project of Beijing Sub-Center as an example, the optimization strategy was put forward through the evaluation results.
