摘要
目的:探讨过敏性鼻炎患者采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗的临床疗效及对血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年3月高安市人民医院收治的共计80例过敏性鼻炎患者,采用随机摸球法分成两组,分别为干预组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组给予富马酸酮替芬片治疗,干预组加用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、炎性因子水平、黏附分子水平。结果:干预组与对照组比较,前者治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05);干预组与对照组比较,症状(鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流涕)缓解时间明显更短(P<0.05);两组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),干预组与对照组比较,上述指标水平明显更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),干预组较对照组ICAM-1水平明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者给予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗效果较好,能够缩短患者症状缓解时间,对炎性因子和黏附分子水平有显著调节作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in patients with allergic rhinitis and the effect on serum cytokine levels.Methods:A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in Gaoan People’s Hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by touching the ball,namely the intervention group (n=40) and the control group (n=40),the control group was treated with ketotifen fumarate tablets,and the intervention group was additionally treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,inflammatory factors and adhesion molecules were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the intervention group had a significantly higher total effective rate (P<0.05);compared with the control group,the intervention group had significantly shorter relief time of symptoms (nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose) (P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin6 (IL-6) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of the above indexes in the intervention group were significantly lower (P<0.05);the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05).Group comparison,the former ICAM-1 level was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in patients with allergic rhinitis has a good therapeutic effect,can shorten the time of symptom relief,and can significantly regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and adhesion molecules.
