摘要
针对原有国防短期频率稳定度最高计量标准难以满足高稳频率源量值溯源与传递的需求,以超稳激光器作为高稳光学基准,以低相噪光频梳为分频媒介,突破高稳光电变频链路技术,从而产生100 MHz的超稳短期频率稳定度标准,秒稳达到4×10^(-15)/s,较现有指标最好的国防标准提高了两个量级,形成了"超稳短期频率稳定度标准装置,突破了国防短期频率稳定度计量器具10^(-15)等级链路的技术瓶颈,首次建立了10^(-15)量级的短期频率稳定度量传体系,将国内的标准能力提升了两个数量级。
Aiming at the traceability and transmission requirement of high stability frequency sources,this abstract develops an ultrastable short-term frequency stability standard device based on ultrastable laser and low phase noise optical frequency comb,its ADEV at 1 second averaging time can reach to be better than 4×10^(-15).The new standard equipment uses ultrastable laser as high stability optical reference,low phase noise optical frequency comb as frequency dividing medium and photoelectric frequency conversion link to realize 100 MHz frequency output.This research establishes a short-term frequency stability measurement transmission system in the order of 10^(-15) for the first time,which improves the existing national defense measurement capability by two orders of magnitude.
