摘要
在脱贫攻坚任务全面收官、贫困村实现脱贫摘帽以后,乡村振兴面临新的发展机遇。在此背景下,文章以陕西省商南县清油河镇脱贫村为研究对象,基于调研数据,对商南县清油河镇脱贫攻坚战略的实施效果与乡村振兴战略的实施情况进行总体性分析评价,通过耦合协调度模型对两大战略的协调程度进行分析,并利用结构方程模型探究乡村振兴战略的实施路径,以期实现两大战略有效衔接,推动乡村发展,最终实现“两个一百年”的奋斗目标。
After the eradication of poverty has come to an end and poverty-stricken villages have been lifted out of poverty,rural revitalization will face new development opportunities.In this context,this paper takes poverty-stricken villages in Qingyouhe Town,Shangnan County,Shaanxi Province as the research object.based on the survey data,this paper makes an overall analysis and evaluation of the implementation effect of the poverty eradication strategy and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the coordination degree of the two strategies through the coupling coordination degree model,and uses the structural equation model to explore the implementation path of the rural revitalization strategy,in order to achieve the effective connection of the two strategies,promote rural development,and finally achieve the goal of“two centenary goals”.
