摘要
推进农村客货邮融合发展可以更好地推动农村客货邮资源整合和有效利用,共建共享运输服务网络,统筹解决农民群众幸福出行、物流配送、邮政寄递三个“最后一公里”问题,对服务乡村振兴、促进农村客运高质量发展、建设人民满意交通具有重要意义。通过对黑龙江省客货邮融合发展现状进行研究,深入分析存在问题及难点,有针对性的提出对策和建议。
Promoting the integrated development of passenger,freight and postal service in rural areas can better promote the integration and effective use of resources,build and share the transportation service network,solve the three"last mile"problems of peasant mass travel,logistics and postal delivery as a whole.It is of great significance to serve the revitalization of rural areas,promote the high-quality development of rural passenger transport and build satisfactory transportation for the people.This paper studies the current situation of the integration of passenger,freight and postal service in Heilongjiang Province,deeply analyzes the existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward some pertinent opinions and suggestions.
