摘要
随着科学家对微生物与人体健康关系研究的深入,发现有的灭活菌体、菌体成分及其代谢产物等对人体有健康作用,由此提出“后生元”的概念。目前,在我国尚未明确“后生元”的定义。本文基于国内外研究现状,提出“后生元”的术语定义,综述其健康作用机制、标准法规、产业应用中的现状与挑战等,以期为“后生元”的科学研究及产业发展提供参考。
With the deepening of the research on the relationship between microorganisms and health benefit on the host,scientists have found that some inanimate microorganisms,microorganisms′components,with or without their metabolites is benefit on the hots.′Postbiotics′is widely used in the scientific literature,but lacks a clear definition in domestic and foreign.In this review,the term of′postbiotics′was defined based on the scientific research and commercial application.The health benefit of postbiotics,standard regulations at home and abroad and technical problems of postbiotics in industrial application were summarized in this paper.It will be helpful for the scientific research and industrial development of′postbiotics′.
