摘要
强化输血医师队伍的规范化、专业化,可达到临床安全、科学、精准用血的目的,为医疗安全提供保障。研究结合输血医师岗位要求合理安排培训对象,制定培训计划,进行培训考核,设计和探讨输血医师规范化培训体系,为制定行业规范、指南共识提供可参考的模板。
Strengthening the standardized and professional construction of blood transfusion physicians can achieve the clinical purpose of safe,scientific and accurate blood use and provide a guarantee for medical safety.According to the work requirements of blood transfusion physicians,we reasonably arranged training objects,formulates training plans,carries out training assessment,designed and discussed a standardized training system for transfusion physicians,and provided a reference template for the development of industry norms and consensus guidelines.
