摘要
把握四川省耕地“非粮化”的演化特征,揭示耕地“非粮化”的影响因素,对防止耕地“非粮化”有重要意义.基于2001-2019年的统计数据,运用OLS模型对四川省耕地“非粮化”的影响因素进行实证分析.研究发现:四川省粮食播种面积下降趋势明显,耕地“非粮化”现象有逐步扩大趋势,油料和蔬菜种植是耕地“非粮化”的主要方向;耕地“非粮化”空间差异较大,阿坝藏族羌族自治州、甘孜藏族自治州、雅安市、自贡市等经济欠发达地区更为突出;人均耕地面积、一产业就业比重、粮食综合补贴政策显著负向影响耕地“非粮化”,农业生产资料价格指数、农村居民工资性收入比重、居民非食品消费支出比重显著正向影响耕地“非粮化”.
To have a clear picture of the evolution characteristics of“non-grain growing use of”cultivated land and reveal the influencing factors of“Non-Grain growing use”of the cultivated land in Sichuan Province is of great significance to prevent the non-grain growing use of cultivated land.An empirical analysis is made of the influencing factors of non-grain growing use of cultivated land in Sichuan Province by use of OLS model based on the statistical data from 2001 to 2019.The results show that a drastic decline is observed in the area of crop-growing land in Sichuan Province;the phenomenon of non-grain growing use of farmland is expanding;the use of farmland is chiefly switched to the growing of oil crops and vegetables.There are huge spatial differences in the“Non-Grain growing use”of cultivated land,with the underdeveloped prefectures like Aba,Ganzi and Ya'an City and Zigong City being particularly typical;The per capita cultivated land area,the proportion of primary industry employment and the comprehensive grain subsidy policy have a significantly negative impact on the“Non-Grain growing use”of cultivated land,the price index of agricultural means of production,the proportion of rural residents'wage income and the proportion of residents'nonfood consumption expenditure exert a significant positive impact on the trend of using farmland for non-grain growing purpose.
