摘要
目的了解军医大学在校和毕业学员对最重要能力素质的看法,为有针对性地开展教学改革、修订人才培养方案提供依据。方法2018年6月以军医大学临床医学学员为例,对390名毕业学员和935名在校学员进行最重要能力素质问卷调查,比较毕业学员、在校学员对最重要能力素质的看法。结果毕业学员总体认为最重要的能力素质分别为临床医疗服务能力(50.8%)、内在素质(14.1%)、持续学习能力(12.6%)、医患沟通能力(10.5%)等,不同性别、不同年龄段、不同毕业时间段、从事不同工作性质、不同职称者的看法比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.582、115.664、110.641、68.736、40.673,P<0.05)。在校学员认为最重要的能力素质是分别为临床医疗服务能力(57.0%)、持续学习能力(14.0%)、内在素质(9.1%)等,不同性别、入校方式者的看法比较差异均无统计学意义;不同年级、学制学员的看法比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=57.256、16.803,P<0.05)。结论军医大学临床医学专业在校学员和毕业学员均认为临床医疗能力是最重要的能力素质;军医大学临床医学专业在校学员对最重要的能力素质的看法相对集中;不同群体的看法比较有助于更深刻的理解学员对岗位素质的需求。
Objective To understand the views of the most important quality of the undergraduates in military medical university and the graduates and provide a basis for carrying out the targeted teaching reform and revising the talent training program.Methods In June 2018,taking the clinical medicine students of the Military Medical University as an example,a questionnaire survey on the most important competencies was conducted among 390 graduate students and 935 current students,and the views of the graduate students and current students on the most important competencies were compared.Results The graduates in general thought that the most important quality was clinical medical service ability(50.8%),internal quality(14.1%),continuous learning ability(12.6%),doctor-patient communication skills(10.5%),etc;it showed statistically significant in different genders,different ages,different graduation time,engaged in different work and different titles(χ^(2)=25.582,115.664,110.641,68.736,40.673,P<0.05).The undergraduates on campus thought the most important quality was clinical medical service ability(57.0%),continuous learning ability(14.0%),intrinsic quality(9.1%),etc;it showed no statistical significance of the views in different genders,enrollment ways,still showed no statistical significance of the views in different grades and with different school systems(χ^(2)=57.256,16.803,P<0.05).Conclusion Both undergraduates and graduates of clinical medicine major in military medical university believe that clinical medical service ability is the most important quality.The undergraduates have relatively more concentrated views on the most important qualities.The comparison of the views of different groups is conducive to a deeper understanding of students’needs for post quality.
