通过分析目前公路工程混凝土外观质量验收的分级情况,详细阐述了预防与控制混凝土外观缺陷的具体措施,分析表明:总结成熟、可靠的工艺参数,提炼可复制、可推广的工艺标准,可打造内实外美的优质工程。全过程执行首件工程认可制。编制首件工程作业指导书并审核合格后全面推广实施。
Based on the analysis of the classification of the appearance quality acceptance of concrete in highway engineering at present,the concrete measures to prevent and control the appearance defect of concrete are expatiated in detail.the analysis shows that:summing up mature and reliable process parameters and refining the process standard which can be copied and popularized can build the high-quality project with the interior and exterior beauty.The first piece of engineering approval system shall be implemented in whole process.Compile the first project operation instruction and implement it comprehensively after passing the examination.
