摘要
目的:探讨基于镜像神经元理论的左右配穴法对脑卒中后单侧忽略症的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年9月湘西土家族苗族自治州民族中医院收治的89例脑卒中后单侧忽略症住院患者,按照随机数字法将患者分为观察组45人、对照组44人,两组患者在常规内科治疗的基础上均采用常规运动疗法、作业治疗、神经肌肉电刺激等现代康复治疗,对照组给予常规针刺患侧肢体腧穴,观察组采用基于镜像神经元理论的左右配穴法。两组患者每天均治疗1次,一周6天,连续治疗4周,对比两组的干预效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者凯瑟琳-波哥量表评分(CBS)及日常生活能力评分(ADL)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后CBS评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后ADL评分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于镜像神经元理论的左右配穴法能显著改善脑卒中患者单侧忽略症的CBS及ADL评分,且在改善CBS评分程度上优于常规针刺治疗。
Objective:To explore the effect of left and right acupoints matching method based on Mirror neuron theory on unilateral neglect after stroke.Methods:A total of 89 patients with post stroke unilateral neglect admitted to the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of traditional Chinese medicine from January to September 2020 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group(45)and Control Group(44)according to random number method.On the basis of routine medical treatment,the patients in both groups were treated with modern rehabilitation therapy such as routine exercise therapy,occupational therapy and neuromuscular electrical stimulation,the control group was given routine acupuncture on the affected limb acupoints,and the observation group was given left and right combination of acupoints based on the Mirror Neuron theory.Two groups of patients were treated once a day,6 days a week,4 weeks of continuous treatment,compared with the two groups of intervention.Results:After treatment,the Catherine-Bobo scale(CBS)and daily living ability(ADL)improved significantly,statistically(P<0.05),the observation group score was better than the control group in CBS(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in ADL score(P>0.05).Conclusion:Left-right acupoint method based on Mirror neuron theory can significantly improve CBS and ADL scores of unilateral neglect in stroke patients,and improve CBS score better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
