摘要
目的:分析腋下静脉留置针在新生儿静脉输液中的应用效果及对安全性。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年1月在句容市人民医院接受静脉输液治疗新生儿,以随机数表分为两组,各46例。对照组实施常规头皮或四肢留置针,试验组实施腋下静脉留置针,对比两组患儿临床指标和不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组一次穿刺成功率、留置针留置时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿静脉输液治疗期间采用腋下静脉留置针,可提高一次穿刺成功率,延长留置针留置时间,降低渗液、堵管、脱管、静脉炎等不良反应发生率,效果确切,值得大力推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect and safety of axillary vein indwelling needle in neonatal intravenous infusion.Methods:The neonates who received intravenous infusion in Jurong People’s Hospital from May 2019 to January 2021were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional scalp or extremity indwelling needles,and the experimental group received axillary vein indwelling needles.The clinical indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The first puncture success rate and indwelling needle retention time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During neonatal intravenous infusion treatment,axillary vein indwelling needle can increase the success rate of one puncture,shorten the retention time of the indwelling needles,and reduce the incidence of fluid leakage,tube blockage,detubation,phlebitis and other adverse reactions,the effect is definite and it is worth promoting.
