摘要
为了提高蒸发冷却空调系统的能源利用效率和冷却性能,分析了传统蒸发冷却空调系统热力过程存在的问题,提出了基于叉流露点间接蒸发冷却器的露点蒸发冷却空调系统。建立了露点蒸发冷却空调系统空气处理过程的[火用]分析模型,在典型工况下计算分析该模型的热力学性能,并将计算结果与传统蒸发冷却系统相比较。结果表明:露点蒸发冷却系统的送风温度比传统蒸发冷却系统低1.7℃,含湿量低0.9 g/kg,同时在[火用]效率提高约2%情况下,有效输出[火用]增加约16.9%。说明露点蒸发冷却系统比传统蒸发冷却系统具有更好的热力学性能。
In order to improve the energy efficiency and cooling performance of evaporative cooling air conditioning system,the problems existing in the thermal process of traditional evaporative cooling air conditioning system were analyzed,and a dew point evaporative cooling air conditioning system based on cross flow dew point indirect evaporative cooler was proposed.An analytical model of air treatment process of dew point evaporative cooling air conditioning system established,and the thermodynamic performance of the model was calculated and compared with the traditional evaporative cooling system.The results show that the air supply temperature of the system is 1.7℃lower than that of the traditional system,and the moisture content is 0.9 g/kg lower than its counterpart.At the same time,when the exergy efficiency is increased by about 2%,the effective output of exergy increased by about 16.9%.It shows that the proposed system has better thermodynamic performance than the traditional system.
