摘要
以有机膦盐鞣剂进行预鞣,以铝鞣剂与锆鞣剂相结合进行主鞣,再进行复鞣与加脂,据此无铬鞣工艺制备生成运动鞋用高性能环保黄牛鞋面革。此鞋面革材料不仅可满足成品革质量要求,手感丰富柔软,弹性十足,粒面平滑紧实,边缘软肋部位填充完善,且性能与铬鞣工艺黄牛鞋面革无异,不松面、不裂面,收缩温度高,在生产时无需添加有毒有害材料,成品不富含铬与甲醛等有毒有害物质,完全符合清洁环保标准。
High performance and environment-friendly cattle upper leather for sports shoes were prepared by chrome free tanning process,which was pre tanned with organic phosphine salt tanning agent,main tanned with aluminum tanning agent and zirconium tanning agent,and then retanning and fatliquoring.This upper leather material can not only meet the quality requirements of finished leather,but also has rich and soft feel,full elasticity,smooth and compact grain surface,perfect filling of soft rib parts at the edge.And its performance is the same as that of cattle upper leather with chrome tanning process,it does not loosen or crack the surface,has high shrinkage temperature,does not need to add toxic and harmful materials during production,and the finished product is not rich in toxic and harmful substances such as chromium and formaldehyde,fully comply with clean and environmental protection standards.
