摘要
随着互联网及与之共生的虚拟社会、智能互联等新事物的出现,网络风险社会来临,高校负面舆情治理也面临着网络空间内容管理的更大挑战。本文以近年高话题度且有代表性的高校热点舆情事件为例,总结出高校网络舆情存在外溢风险加码、舆情渗透风险加剧、引领风险加大等问题,并据此提出建立高校舆情管理部门、提高高校师生媒介素养、强化媒体融合、提高高校自有媒体处理负面舆情风险的能力等应对策略。
With the emergence of the Internet and its symbiotic virtual society,smart Internet,the network risk society is coming,and the governance of negative public opinion in colleges and universities is also faced with greater risk challenges of cyberspace content management.This paper selects the hot and representative public opinion events in colleges and universities in recent years,and concludes that there are some problems in university network public opinion,such as spillover risk,public opinion infiltration risk,leading risk and so on.According to these analyses,some countermeasures are put forward,such as establishing the management department of public opinion in colleges and universities,improving the media literacy of teachers and students,strengthening media integration,and improving the ability of their own media to deal with negative public opinion risks.
