摘要
水利工程投资概算及国民经济评价分析成果,可为工程建设及后期运行管理提供真实有效的数据支持和理论指导。以策勒河昆仑水库工程为例,对其进行工程建设投资概算和对国民经济评价分析,项目经济内部收益率为6.03%,经济净现值为296×104元,效益费用比为1,国民经济的主要财政指标都大于等于基本要求。结果表明其在经济上是合理的,但通过敏感性分析,该项目抗风险能力较弱。
The results of investment estimate and national economic evaluation and analysis of water conservancy projects can provide real and effective data support and theoretical guidance for engineering construction and later operation management.Taking the Cele River Kunlun Reservoir Project as an example,this paper makes an investment estimate for the project construction and an analysis of the national economic evaluation.The economic internal rate of return of the project is 6.03%and the economic net present value is 296×104 yuan,the ratio of benefit to cost is 1,and the main financial indicators of the national economy are greater than or equal to the basic requirements.The result shows that it is economically reasonable,but through sensitivity analysis,the project has weak risk resistance.
