摘要
为解决可调谐半导体激光器吸收光谱法(TDLAS)甲烷气体浓度测量系统中吸收线型函数选取的问题,采用TDLAS直接吸收法进行MATLAB仿真建模,分别对使用高斯线型函数、洛伦兹线型函数和福格特线型函数的检测系统进行仿真分析比较。仿真结果表明:在相同浓度下,采用洛伦兹线型函数比采用高斯线型函数和福格特线型函数的系统气体吸收率分别提高10.77%和10.32%。该仿真过程和结果可为TDLAS技术在甲烷浓度测量方面研究提供参考。
The paper deals with the selection of the absorption line profile functions in the methane gas concentration measurement system based on the tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS).The TDLAS direct absorption method is used for Matlab simulation modeling,through which the detection systems using Gaussian,Lorentz and Vogt line profile functions are simulated and analyzed respectively.The simulation results show that,at the same concentration,the gas absorption rate of the system of the Lorentz line profile function is 10.77%and 10.32%higher than that of the Gaussian line profile function and the Vogt line profile function,respectively.The simulation process and results can provide reference for the research on the application of TDLAS technology in the measurement of CH_(4) concentration.
