摘要
现阶段有关沥青阻燃性能已有较多研究,但阻燃剂对沥青流变性能影响的研究较少,本文选择无机氮系阻燃剂MCA对高黏沥青进行改性,并从微观性能、阻燃性能、物理性能、高温性能及抗疲劳性能5个方面进行研究。通过FTIR试验结果得出MCA阻燃剂与高黏沥青间仅为物理共混,并通过温度扫描和多重应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)发现MCA阻燃剂对高黏沥青高温性能有较大提升作用,通过线性振幅扫描试验(LAS)发现MCA阻燃剂对高黏沥青抗疲劳性能有提升作用。结合MCA改性沥青流变性能及经济成本,推荐MCA阻燃剂掺量为8%。
At present,there have been many studies on the flame retardant properties of asphalt,but there are few studies on the effect of flame retardants on the rheological properties of asphalt.The inorganic nitrogen-based flame retardant MCA is selected to modify high-viscosity asphalt.The research is carried out from five aspects:micro performance,flame retardant performance,physical properties,high temperature performance and fatigue resistance.The FTIR test results show that the MCA flame retardant is only physically blended with the high-viscosity asphalt,and through temperature sweep and multiple stress creep recovery test(MSCR),it is found that the MCA flame retardant can greatly improve the high temperature performance of high viscosity asphalt.Through linear amplitude sweep test(LAS),it is found that MCA flame retardant can improve the fatigue resistance of high-viscosity asphalt.Finally,considering the rheological properties and economic cost of MCA modified asphalt,it is recommended that the content of MCA flame retardant should be 8%.
