摘要
在齿轮的动力学分析过程中,通常会忽略柔性体齿轮的传动误差和动态接触变形对齿轮动力学特性的影响,使齿轮传力过程的动态特性与接触变形研究的准确性受到影响,针对这一问题,提出了一种齿轮柔性多体动力学研究方法。首先,利用SolidWorks建立了双渐开线齿轮的三维模型,通过ANSYS模态分析将齿轮柔性化,利用ADAMS分别建立了双渐开线齿轮的刚体与柔性体动力学模型;然后,采用赫兹接触理论与多体动力学理论,分别对刚体齿轮与柔性体齿轮进行了仿真;最后,通过对比刚体与柔性体齿轮的仿真结果,分析了柔性体的弹性变形与振动对双渐开线齿轮动力学特性的影响,对比分析了双渐开线齿轮与普通渐开线齿轮的轮齿变形。研究结果表明:双渐开线齿轮柔性化后,取平均值计算从动轮振动角速度,得到的仿真值与理论值误差仅为0.36%(刚体齿轮误差值为56%),齿轮的传动误差减少;刚体与柔性体齿轮动态接触力仿真值与理论值的计算结果相差不大,柔性体齿轮动态啮合力振幅稳定,说明柔性体齿轮在啮合过程中起到了减振作用;在齿轮传动过程中,柔性体齿轮的轮齿变形呈现周期性;在齿轮啮入、啮出时,双渐开线齿轮的轮齿平移变形量与角变形量波动稳定,平移变形量与角变形量均小于普通渐开线齿轮。
In order to solve the problem that the transmission error and dynamic contact deformation of flexible gear were usually ignored in the gear dynamics research,a flexible multi-body dynamics research method of gear was proposed.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of double involute gear was established by SolidWorks,the gear was made flexible by ANSYS modal analysis,and the rigid body and flexible body dynamics models of double involute gear were respectively established by ADAMS.Then,Hertz contact theory and multi-body dynamics theory were used to respectively simulated rigid and flexible gears.Finally,by comparing the simulation results of rigid and flexible gear,the influence of elastic deformation and vibration of flexible gear on the dynamic characteristics of double involute gear was analyzed,and the tooth deformation of double involute gear and ordinary involute gear was compared and analyzed.The results show that,after the double involute gear gets flexible,taking the average value to calculate the vibration angular velocity of the slave wheel,the average error between the simulation value and the theoretical value is 0.36%,the error value of the rigid-body gear is 56%,and the gear transmission error is reduced.The simulation values of dynamic contact forces of rigid and flexible gears are not different from the theoretical values,and the amplitude of dynamic meshing forces of flexible gears is stable,indicating that the flexible gears play a damping effect in the meshing process.The tooth deformation of the flexible gear is periodic in the process of transmission;during meshing in and meshing out,the tooth translation deformation and angular deformation of double involute gears fluctuate stably,both smaller than those of ordinary involute gears.
