摘要
研究旨在建立归一法定量检测植物源性饲料中蛋白质含量的方法。取植物性饲料样品在碱性条件下蒸馏,以酰胺形式结合的氮以氨的形式释放,被吸收滴定,利用其与总氮的相关性进行回归分析,快速测定粗蛋白含量。选择和优化建立回归方程并进行多次验证,通过对回归线的控制进行掺假鉴别与测定。结果显示:建立的方法对市售的30个植物性饲料样品和3个质控样品进行检测,检测效果较好。研究表明,研究建立的方法准确可靠,可以作为检测植物饲料中蛋白质含量的方法。
The study was to establish a method for quantitative detection of protein content in plant-derived feeds by a normalized method.The plant-sourced feeding samples were distilled under alkaline conditions,and the nitrogen combined in the form of amide was released in the form of ammonia,which was absorbed and titrated.The correlation between the nitrogen and the total nitrogen was used for regression analysis,the crude protein was quickly determined.The regression equation was selected and optimized,verified for many times.Adulteration identification and determination were carried out through the control of regression line.The results showed that the established method was used to test30 commercially available plant-based feed samples and three quality control samples,and the detection effect was good.The study indicates that the method established by the study is accurate and reliable,which can be used as a method to detect protein content in plant feed.
