摘要
佛山是全国民营经济最发达的地区之一,伴随着工业化和城市化的发展,危险废物产生单位逐渐呈现出“小、散、微”的特点,中小微产废企业常面临危险废物处理处置费用高昂、出路难的问题。为有效解决佛山市中小微产废企业危险废物出路的难题,从2018年起,佛山市探索开展危险废物专业收集试点工作。佛山市将通过梳理本市危险废物收集贮存试点工作的成效、问题,从完善相关法律法规等方面提出相关建议。
Foshan is one of the regions with the most developed private economy in China.With the development of industrialization and urbanization,hazardous waste producing units gradually show the characteristics of“small,scattered and micro”.Small,medium and micro waste producing enterprises often face the problems of high cost of hazardous waste treatment and disposal and difficult outlet.In order to effectively solve the problem of hazardous waste outlet of small,medium and micro waste production enterprises in Foshan,Foshan has explored the pilot work of professional hazardous waste collection since 2018.Foshan city will sort out the results and problems of the pilot work of hazardous waste collection and storage,and put forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations.
