摘要
从“家庭医生”的定义入手,探讨“家庭医生”与“社区医生”的概念混淆及其对家庭医生制度发展的掣肘,提出明晰家庭医生职责界定的思考建议——合理界定“家庭医生”职责范围,规范家庭医生资格认证体系,引导居民合理利用家庭医生服务,改革家庭医生组织形式和薪酬激励机制,推动家庭医生制度发展。
From the perspective of family doctor's definition,this study had a look into the mistake between family doctors and doctors now working in primary care institutions,and explored the barriers to family doctor system caused by such mistake.In order to promote the development of family doctor system,it is suggested to clarify family doctors'responsibilities reasonably,standardize the family doctor qualification certification system,guide residents to rationally use family doctor contracting services,and reform family doctor organizational structure and salary incentive mechanisms.
